It is black velvet with a slight bustle and tiny lace sleeves with black crystal flowers. I love the way Nancie has shrugged off the sleeve so it frames her face. She looks so happy and effortless wearing it. Perfectly set off by her handsome partner and the beautiful gold of the amber room.
